Our Website

Automatic Collection of Information
Each time someone accesses our website we collect information about the way our website is used. This includes the number of people who access the site and which pages they access. This is done using Google Analytics, a third party service that collects this information by way of ‘cookies’ placed in your web browser. For more information on how this service works, you can go to: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage.

The information collected via Google Analytics is collected in such a way that it cannot be used by ourselves or any third parties to identify anyone. The only exception to this is when we need to link up or store the information in cookies to help with customer administration, data collection to deal with a requested action on the site, or to help us with specifying the purpose of a request made.

However we do not collect information about our visitors from other sources such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.

If we do wish to collect information that identifies you through our website, we will request this directly and with your consent. We will make it clear when we collect this information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Sometimes we need to automatically log personal data, or link the information automatically logged to personal information, for customer administration purposes. This is done by means such as programming or the use of cookies.

Any personal data you may give us, while using our services, will be collected to enable us to carry out the services that you have enquired about or are using.

If, at any time, we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, we will provide you with a way to indicate your consent to this new usage. This will normally be by indicating in a box at the requisite section on the site where personal data is collected.

Disclosure and Visitor Choice
We do not intentionally disclose personal data of visitors to our site to other organisations. Where we may disclose your personal data, visitors to the site will be notified at the point of the site where personal data may be collected.

This information will not be sold to third party companies. We may use this information for our own marketing purposes. We will also use the contact details you provide to communicate with you in the event that any services requested are unavailable.
